Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

  • If an item is in stock in our UK warehouse, it will be shipped via courier or Royal Mail on the next working day.

  • Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout, orders over £50 qualify for free delivery

Delivery Times

  • Most of our accessories are held in UK stock and dispatched with Royal Mail 48, meaning they usually arrive within 2–3 working days.
  • Some items are shipped directly from our international warehouse, which typically takes 7–14 calendar days, depending on customs clearance and courier handling.
  • We’ll always provide tracking and keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Methods

  • We use reputable couriers or Royal Mail, depending on order size and destination.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available).

Split Shipments

  • To ensure quicker delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately.

Delays

  • While we strive to meet the stated timeframes, delays outside of our control (e.g. customs inspections, courier backlogs, weather disruptions) may occasionally occur. We ask for your patience in such cases.
